To use FMS you must have an authorization code from your company, school or university. CONTACT them for instruction. For safety reasons, OCPS will not provide fingerprint applicants with this information. WHEN YOU ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT OR PICK-UP YOUR BADGE BRING PROOF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE U.S. Languages -- Applicants who only speak their native language are required to bring an interpreter as the district cannot guarantee that someone fluent in their language will be on duty.

• After paying and selecting FINISH, you will return to FMS and must complete your application
• While paying click ONLY once to avoid being charged multiple times
